We do projects all over Europe. Our main spot is in Nice, France—it’s super handy for getting around. We really know how things work at all the big event places here. Germany is one the most often countries we work at, too
What is the best time to start preparation for your next trade show?
Some companies gather 5-6 months before the exhibition. As a rule, these are large companies.
Smaller companies can choose an exhibition stand builder 3-4 or even 2-3 months before the exhibition.

What is the right zoning on the booth?
Here’s how we create zones on the stand with minimal costs:
- Ppotted plants, we always recommend using real ones and creating a green partition of plants and flowers;
- Partitions 100-120 cm high made of MDF or plexiglass;
- Platform 4-5 cm inside the booth perimeter and different colors of carpet/vinyl;
- The back of a 2-seater sofa is a great partition in itself, when we place an ensemble of 2 sofas and a glass coffee table between them, it becomes a semi-private meeting area
How do I secure my prepayment?
Pay 30% after signing the contract and another 20% after you see all the purchased materials and some elements of your stand are made
